Dr. Steven A. Belinkie, M.D. is a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. He has been in private practice since 1985 and is presently Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
Our office strives to ensure a warm and friendly environment that offers personal communication between the doctor and the patient. Each patient has a private consultation with the doctor. We feel this is important so that the doctor understands the patient's wishes, and the patient can understand what is possible and what the various options are. We work closely with each patient to develop an individualized plan of treatment and are dedicated to helping you achieve a natural post-surgical look.
In addition to patient satisfaction, we are very concerned with patient safety. Toward this end we only perform surgical procedures requiring anesthesia in a hospital facility. We always use a board certified anesthesiologist to administer and monitor anesthetics given. In this way, we can maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety. More minor procedures requiring only local anesthesia may be performed in our office setting.
